I owe much of my work with my own body to massage. The state of embodiment, feeling of my body, the truth and wisdom that is present within it changed a lot in my life and is still changing, for the better. The natural step in this process for me was the need to share it with others so I started to learn the art of massage and met amazing teachers, changed my profession and became massage therapist. For me each session is a unique connection with an individual where I use the techniques I have learned but most of all follow my intuition and signals sent by the body.

I love mountain walks, exploring new areas on my bike, being in nature and on a move. Music is also an important part of my life, sometimes I dance, sometimes I sing and sometimes I play piano.
