Lomi Lomi Nui is a holistic massage that originated from the Hawaiian tradition of bodywork. It addresses and encompasses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person. It provides deep relaxation, helps to give up control and get in touch with one’s body wisdom, intuition and inner power.
Mana Lomi combines the traditional Hawaiian healing techniques with modern body functions knowledge. It addresses and supports the physical body bringing pain relief and muscle relaxation and helping to remove toxins by stimulating blood and lymph circulation. It also influences mental, emotional and spiritual parts bringing the feeling of peace and harmony through an attentive, loving touch creating the connection between two beings and supporting the healing process.
In my work, I use approaches and techniques from both traditions, aiming to focus on specific alignments to bring improvement in physical body functioning, while also encompassing the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the person, through an attentive, intuitive touch and presence.
